Qualifications & experience
- Possessed good attitude and highly responsible
- Have a mindset of pursuing high quality and self improvement
- Preferably with at least two years of F&B retail outlet operations experience, with experiences from bakery is a plus
- A minimum education qualification of at least SPM or equivalent is required
Tasks & responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting soft cookies
- Answer questions about ingredients, promotions, and new flavors
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a friendly and helpful attitude
Operations:
- Operate the cash register and manage transactions efficiently
- Restock shelves and ensure soft cookie displays are attractive and organized
Packaging Preparation:
- Fold and prepare packaging materials in advance based on five different packaging sizes
- Organize folded packaging neatly for efficient access during peak hours
- Ensure packaging is ready to minimize customer wait times and improve order fulfillment speed
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and welcoming customer area
- Assist with cleaning tasks, such as wiping counters and organizing the storefront
Ad Hoc Duties:
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- Support team members during peak hours or special events
