You can use Crumbs for ordering desserts, drinks, and cookie cutters! In-store, select "Rewards," enter your phone number, and confirm with a code sent to your phone. On the Crumbl App, start an order and look for your eligible rewards at the top of the page. You can also use your Crumbs from the "Redeem" section in the Rewards tab.

Yes, you can order Curbside Pickup for most orders on the Crumbl App. Once you've placed an order for Curbside Pickup, simply park in a designated spot during your time slot and a Crew member will bring your order directly to you—no need to leave your car! Note: This service is not available at all locations.

Yes! All physical Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Crumbl App by scanning the back of the card. Digital Gift Card funds can be added to your Crumbl account either by entering your unique digital code or by clicking the provided link.
