With over 15 years of expertise, our senior baker, Mr. Kelvin Tan Giam Yong, brings mastery in balancing flavor and texture, crafting cookies that satisfy the tastes of even the most discerning cookie enthusiasts. Mr. Kelvin Tan Giam Yong holds an Advanced Diploma from the Malaysian Institute of Baking (MIB).
